What we actually do to quiet cars
If it plugs in, we probably have a cable, a laptop, and a raised eyebrow for it.
The 12-volt lunchbox
Most “dead EVs” are a tiny 12V battery. We test, charge, replace, and politely do not say “we told you so”.
Charging that won’t
AC, DC, Type 2, CCS, GB/T. Wallboxes, public posts, and the classic “it worked yesterday”.
Software & coding
Firmware, multimedia, language packs, adaptations. Chinese screens, European wishes — we negotiate.
Brakes, chassis, fluids
EVs still have brakes, bushes and bottles of something pink. Regen is not a personality.

Do I need to book?
Yes, if you like being expected. Walk-ins happen, but the calendar at BOOK is how you skip the shrug at the door.
Which cars do you take?
BYD, Voyah, VW ID, Zeekr, Li Auto, Avatr and the rest of the plug-in census. Tesla is not our circus.
My EV “died” overnight.
Start the 12-volt oracle above. Then book a slot. Overnight deaths are usually a lunchbox battery, not a funeral for the pack.
Can you change the language / CarPlay / firmware?
Often. Chinese multimedia is a genre. Bring the car, the cable, and a realistic budget.
Do you sell petrol?
